I had a delivery of RMC from your firm yesterday.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received; the driver arrived a little earlier than promised,  skillfully reversed through our very narrow gates avoiding the weak manhole covers that had been positioned in about the most inconvenient possible locations, when the concrete was poured, he mucked in and helped shovel the concrete into location within the slab.

Without his physical efforts the work would have been left to me and my wife and I am confident it would have gone wrong; as it is, the concrete has cured beautifully and is ready for the new shed to be constructed.

Thankyou for your brilliant services today.  Will certainly use again if the need arises and will be recommending to friends.  Thanks to Tom for the brilliant service certainly as described.
